We have created 2 different search options for our clients to track their shipment by: QUICK TRACK & REGISTERED LOGIN
Quick Track – 3 Options
Please choose the search option best suited to you by pressing the drop down arrow.
Option 1. SHIPPING INSTRUCTION
- Enter Shipping Instruction Number – PRESS TRACK
- PRESS – Search by Shipping Instruction for basic Shipment Details, OR
- PRESS – Search by Bill of Lading for Basic Shipping Information
Option 2. VIN NUMBER (AUTOMOBILE SHIPMENTS ONLY)
- Enter VIN Number – PRESS TRACK (You will notice basic shipment details)
- PRESS THE HIGHLIGHTED VIN NUMBER – (VIN number is Highlighted in Blue)
- PRESS YES – To agree to the Security Warning. You will see basic shipment Details, as well as:
- Cargo Details
- Vehicle History with Schumacher
Option 3. WAREHOUSE RECEIPT
- Enter Warehouse Receipt number – PRESS TRACK (Access to Basic shipment details)
- PRESS HIGHLIGHTED WAREHOUSE NUMBER
- PRESS YES – To agree to the Security Warning. You will see Warehouse entry information, as well as:
- Shipment Details
- Total Shipment Measurements
- Pictures & Attachments if any
Register Users Login
Enter User ID & Password – PRESS LOGIN (Provided by Schumacher Coordinator)
You have now entered Schumacher Cargo Logistics eTracking Center. You can search by any option granted to your account by pressing the menu tab.
- Vehicle Inventory Tracking
- Warehouse Tracking
- Ocean Export Tracking
- Ocean Import Tracking
- Air Export Tracking
- Air Import Tracking
- Accounting Statement
Enter individual shipment details for a particular shipment – PRESS SEARCH
For all shipment viewing access, leave all fields blank – PRESS SEARCH
PRESS highlighted links for respective page access
POD – Search and Download
Choose – Ocean Import Tab
Refine your search by Consignee Name – PRESS SEARCH
Press – Hyperlink HBL
Press Tab: Attachments / Pictures
Press on Attached POD for Immediate Download
Please note, for security reasons not all shipment details are available by Quick Track search options, you may still have to contact your shipping coordinator for further details as needed.
