IMPORT SHIPMENT STATUS UPDATE EXPLANATIONS
We have created 5 STAGE update process to keep you our customer informed as best we can to your shipment status at all times. This 5 Stage Import update notice process will be updated at below set events, via our On-Line Tracking and also via Email Notifications
Explanations for each of the 5 stages, are explained below.

1ST UPDATE PENDING ARRIVAL DATE
Vessel transporting your shipment has not yet arrived at port of destination. Estimated dates may change. Vessel arrival dates do change even up to last estimated arrival date, due to many reasons.

2ND UPDATE SHIPMENT SUBMITTED TO US CUSTOMS
Your shipment has arrived at USA port of entry. US Customs paperwork has been submitted, awaiting US Customs release. Should your shipment be flagged for intensive Customs inspection/examination, this may take between 1 to 21 days depending on the exam type. Ocean Line Carrier will notify us when exam is completed NOT US Customs Authorities. We receive no ongoing updates or information from US Custom Authorities, so please try to be patient while we work with the inspection warehouse & US Custom Authorities for speedy release & delivery.
3RD UPDATE PENDING DISPATCHED/CUSTOM CLEARED
Your shipment has now cleared US Customs. It has either been dispatched directly to your residence, or for groupage shared container shipments, it has been unloaded at our warehouse pending dispatch to you. Please ensure any additional charges due to Clearance, Inspection, COD, charges, are prepaid to our import cashier prior to dispatch, as this may delay delivery by several days. Payments must be received at least 48 hours before delivery.
4TH UPDATE DISPATCHED
Your shipment has been dispatched to your address. Most locations within 400 miles of the port area will be delivered within 14 days of warehouse receipt. Long distance or out of area zone deliveries may take slightly longer due to transportation coordination.
5TH UPDATE DELIVERED & RECEIVED BY CONSIGNEE
Your shipment has been delivered and received by you the consignee or by your assigned persons/entity. We thank you for your service and look forward to working with you again on your next international relocation.
