Work with President to develop policies, procedures and ensure these are effectively implemented. Formulate business strategies and marketing plans. Maintain existing clientele and develop new business. Provide annual operating budget for approval. Report business performance (financial, human resources, services) to the President. Define employee needs and hire, supervise and evaluate performance of personnel in accordance with needs. Manage and control company assets. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field plus five years experience in the transportation industry.
